Office Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee and assist with day to day requirements within the office
Answering and dealing with customer queries
Liaison between management and engineers
Provide administration support to management and engineers
Deal with appointment booking and maintenance of booking systems
Assist with financial records including process invoices
Keep systems up to date (Click and Sage) and log service queries.
Ensure that all procedures and policies are adhered to
Complete other tasks for management as required and necessitated by the needs of the business
Organise company social activities

Required Competencies
Previous experience within a heating, construction relative environment would be a distinct advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer skills and knowledge, particularly databases.
Proven track record in similar busy environment.
Excellent organisational skills.
A methodical approach.
Ability to work to and to meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The ability to work well as part of a team and individually
Hours, 5 days per week, 9am – 5pm (although a part time role would be considered for exceptional candidates)

Domestic Gas Service and Installation Engineers

The successful candidates will hold the following attributes:

Domestic gas qualification
Current ACS accreditation
Minimum 5 years proven industry experience
Be very organised and have a flexible attitude to working hours
Hold a full clean driving licence
Have a clean and tidy appearance and be and excellent communicator
Reliable, hard working and be able to supply references to support this

Reception/Office Assistant

DHS are looking for a reception/office assistant to join them at their new office. This position might be suitable for a young person with excellent communication and IT skills.
