Should you have a complaint at all, please contact us by calling our central office on 0117 924 7200 or fill in our contact form where we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Where we cannot resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader, we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
